Deposit Policy
A deposit reserves your appointment and is credited toward the final invoice.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. If canceled with less than 24 hours' notice, the deposit is non-refundable.
Same-Day Appointment Policy
Deposits for same-day appointments are non-refundable. Time is reserved immediately and scheduling begins as soon as the appointment is accepted.
Weekday After-Hours Scheduling Fee — +$25
Applies to Monday–Friday appointments before 8:00 AM or after 5:00 PM. Added to the base price of the selected service and applies per appointment, not per document.
Weekend & Holiday Scheduling Fee — +$50
Applies to appointments on Saturdays, Sundays, or recognized holidays. Added to the base price of the selected service and applies per appointment, not per document.
Rush Scheduling Fee — +$75
Applies when an appointment is requested within 2 hours of the desired appointment time. Scheduling fees are never stacked — only the highest applicable fee is charged.
Credit Card Processing Fee
A $4.95 processing fee is added to all payments made by credit or debit card. This fee helps cover card processing costs and is waived for payments made by cash or check.
