  • Mobile appointments at your home, office, hospital, or attorney's office
  • Revocable and irrevocable trust documents
  • Trust amendments and restatements
  • Certifications of Trust
  • Successor trustee acceptance documents

Common Trust Documents We Notarize

Whether your attorney has prepared a single document or a complete trust package, we handle each signing with the same care and attention.

  • Revocable Living Trusts

A flexible trust you control during your lifetime and can amend or revoke as your circumstances change.

  • Irrevocable Trusts

Trusts designed to be permanent once established, often used for asset protection or long-term planning.

  • Trust Amendments

Updates to an existing trust — such as changing trustees, beneficiaries, or specific provisions.

  • Certification of Trust

A summary document banks, title companies, and financial institutions rely on to verify a trust's key terms.

  • Schedule of Assets

The list of property funded into your trust — signed and notarized to keep your records accurate and current.

  • Successor Trustee Acceptance

The document a successor trustee signs when formally accepting responsibility for administering the trust.

  • Trustee Affidavits

Sworn statements a trustee provides to third parties confirming authority and specific facts about the trust.

  • Trustee Acknowledgments

Formal acknowledgments a trustee signs before a notary to authenticate their signature on trust-related documents.

Transparent pricing

Every appointment starts at $100 and includes up to two signers plus standard-area travel. A scheduling fee may be added to the base price based on when you'd like to meet — scheduling fees apply per appointment (not per document), and only the highest applicable fee is ever charged.

A $50 deposit reserves your appointment and is applied toward your final invoice. The balance is invoiced after the signing is complete.

Frequently asked

Can you notarize trust documents?
Yes. Notarizing revocable and irrevocable trusts, trust amendments, certifications of trust, schedules of assets, and successor trustee documents is a regular part of our mobile notary practice throughout Minnesota.
Do all trustees need to be present?
Every person whose signature is being notarized must be present with valid ID. If multiple trustees are signing, they can either sign together at one appointment or we can schedule separate visits, whichever works best for your family.
Can you come to my attorney's office?
Yes. We regularly meet clients at their estate planning attorney's office and follow any instructions your attorney has provided for the signing.
Can you come to a hospital or assisted living facility?
Yes. Bedside signings at hospitals, hospices, assisted living, memory-care, and nursing facilities are a routine part of our work. Facility visits use our standard facility rate to account for coordination and access.
What identification is required?
A current, unexpired government-issued photo ID for every signer — driver's license, state ID, U.S. passport, passport card, military ID, or tribal ID.
Do trust documents require witnesses?
Many trust documents require only notarization, but some estate documents signed at the same appointment (such as wills or certain healthcare directives) do require witnesses. Follow your attorney's instructions when provided, and let us know in advance so we can plan accordingly.
Can you notarize trust amendments?
Yes. Amendments, restatements, and certifications of trust are commonly signed and notarized at the same appointment as the underlying trust when needed.
Can multiple trustees sign during one appointment?
Yes. Co-trustees, successor trustees, or a full family group can complete their signings in a single visit whenever the documents allow.
