Per-appointment pricing follows the service rates above. Corporate accounts add consolidated monthly invoicing, saved locations, multiple authorized contacts, and priority scheduling. Volume pricing is quoted based on expected monthly appointment count and service area.
When more than one scheduling surcharge applies, only the highest applicable surcharge is charged. Scheduling surcharges apply per appointment, not per document, and never stack.

The base price includes up to 2 signers. Each signer beyond that is $10.00.

Charged per witness you bring. Covers verifying acceptable government-issued identification, administering any required oath or affirmation, and recording the witness information appropriately. This is not a fee for supplying a witness — Straub Document Group is not providing that witness.

Monday–Friday appointments before 8:00 AM or after 5:00 PM.

Weekend and holiday
Saturdays, Sundays, and recognized federal holidays. The weekend or holiday surcharge applies on recognized federal holidays and on the federally observed weekday when a fixed-date holiday falls on a Saturday or Sunday.

Standard service-area travel is included. Locations beyond the standard area are quoted and confirmed before the appointment — never added afterward.
