Estate planning often involves important family decisions. Whether you're signing a will, power of attorney, healthcare directive, trust documents, or probate paperwork, every appointment is handled respectfully, privately, and without rushing.

What's included

Every estate appointment includes the essentials below — and the professionalism you'd expect from a top signing service.

  • Mobile appointments at your preferred location
  • Wills and last testament notarizations
  • Powers of attorney
  • Healthcare directives
  • Codicils
  • Probate-related notarizations
  • Coordination with your attorney when appropriate
  • Unhurried, private appointments
  • Organized completion of every document

Transparent pricing

Every appointment starts at $100 and includes up to two signers plus standard-area travel. A scheduling fee may be added to the base price based on when you'd like to meet — scheduling fees apply per appointment (not per document), and only the highest applicable fee is ever charged.

A $50 deposit reserves your appointment and is applied toward your final invoice. The balance is invoiced after the signing is complete.

Frequently asked

Can you notarize wills?
Yes. We regularly notarize self-proving affidavits attached to wills and coordinate witness signatures when required. We do not draft, edit, or advise on the contents of the will itself.
Can you notarize powers of attorney?
Yes — financial powers of attorney, healthcare powers of attorney, and specific/limited POAs are among the documents we handle most often.
Can you come to hospitals or assisted living facilities?
Yes. Bedside signings at hospitals, hospices, assisted living, memory-care, and nursing facilities are a regular part of our work. Those visits use our facility rate to account for coordination and access.
Can you work directly with my attorney?
Absolutely. If your attorney has provided instructions, we follow them precisely and can send scanned copies or originals to their office when requested.
What identification is required?
A current, unexpired government-issued photo ID for every signer — driver's license, state ID, U.S. passport, passport card, military ID, or tribal ID.
Do I need witnesses?
Some estate documents (notably wills and certain healthcare directives) require witnesses in addition to a notary. We can advise on typical witness requirements and, when possible, bring a second impartial witness. Follow your attorney's instructions when they've been provided.
Can multiple family members sign during one visit?
Yes. Spouses, adult children, or a full family group can complete their signings in a single visit whenever documents allow.
How quickly are appointments available?
Most Twin Cities appointments are filled the same day, frequently within a few hours. Evenings and weekends are available around family schedules.
