Frequently asked
- How long does a closing usually take?
- Most residential closings run 30–60 minutes. Investor, FSBO, and out-of-state seller packages can be shorter or longer depending on document count.
- Can you meet at the property?
- Yes — many of our closings happen at the property, especially for investor and FSBO deals. Kitchen tables, agent offices, and title-company conference rooms work equally well.
- Do you travel outside the Twin Cities?
- Yes. The south metro is our primary area and we regularly travel throughout greater Minnesota. A modest travel fee may apply for signings outside the primary area.
- Can you assist out-of-state sellers?
- Yes — out-of-state seller mail-aways and remote-location signings are a regular part of our work. We coordinate directly with the title company on packaging and return shipping.
- Are evening appointments available?
- Yes. Evening and weekend appointments are available around your close-of-escrow date. Earlier notice helps secure the preferred time.
- What should signers bring?
- A current, unexpired government-issued photo ID for every signer, and any funds required to close (typically a cashier's check or confirmed wire). Do not sign anything in advance.
- Can you coordinate directly with my title company?
- Absolutely. Direct assignments from title companies, escrow officers, and closing coordinators are welcomed, and we communicate in whatever format works best for your team.
- Do you provide same-day scanbacks?
- Yes — encrypted scanbacks can be delivered the same day through a secure portal when the title company or lender requests them.
