Transparent pricing
Every appointment starts at $75.00 and includes up to two signers plus standard-area travel. A scheduling fee may be added to the base price based on when you'd like to meet — scheduling fees apply per appointment (not per document), and only the highest applicable fee is ever charged.
A $50 deposit reserves your appointment and is applied toward your final invoice. The balance is invoiced after the signing is complete.
Deposits become non-refundable if the appointment is canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the appointment are eligible for a refund of the deposit.

Frequently asked
- What should I bring?
- Your unsigned document and a current, unexpired government-issued photo ID for every signer. If the form names witnesses, bring them too — or ask us in advance.
- How long does it take?
- Most general notary appointments take 15–20 minutes from arrival to finished stamp.
- Can you tell me which notarial act I need?
- We can't give legal advice or choose the act for you, but if the form doesn't specify, we'll walk you through the difference between an acknowledgment and a jurat so you can decide. Sending the document ahead of time makes this quick.
- Do I need witnesses?
- It depends on the document and the agency requesting it. Many everyday forms need only a notary. If yours calls for witnesses, we can arrange them when available or verify witnesses you bring.
- Can you notarize a vehicle title or bill of sale?
- Yes. Titles, bills of sale, and DMV forms are among the most common documents we handle. Bring the title unsigned — signing before the appointment can void it.
- Can you handle apostille preparation?
- We notarize documents that are headed for apostille certification and can explain the next step with the Minnesota Secretary of State. We do not file the apostille itself.
- Can you come today?
- Often, yes. Most Twin Cities appointments are filled the same day, frequently within a few hours. Submit a request or call and we'll confirm availability before anything is finalized.
- How does payment work?
- A deposit reserves your appointment and is credited toward the final invoice. The balance is invoiced after the signing is complete. Cards, cash, and checks are accepted — card payments include a $4.95 processing fee.
