Frequently asked

How does scheduling work at a jail?
Appointments are scheduled around the facility's visiting and legal-visit windows, and most facilities require advance arrangement. Send us the facility name and inmate information and we'll handle the coordination.
What identification does the inmate need?
Most facilities issue an inmate ID and can verify identity from their booking records. Requirements vary by facility, so we confirm the accepted method before the visit.
Can the family send the documents?
Yes. Email or text the documents in advance so we can review them and bring the correct paperwork. Documents must be unsigned.
What documents are typically signed?
Powers of attorney, affidavits, deeds, vehicle titles, custody paperwork, and financial authorizations.
What if the facility denies access?
It happens occasionally due to lockdowns or scheduling changes. We reschedule at no additional service fee when the denial is outside your control.
How does payment work?
A deposit reserves your appointment and is credited toward the final invoice. The balance is invoiced after the signing is complete. Cards, cash, and checks are accepted — card payments include a $4.95 processing fee.
